how to add launch options?

hi guys, where to put launch options? i want to add -noforcemaccel -noforcemparms so the mouse its not laggy, but where do i add them? sorry for bad english its not my main language

vich0z_213 you can't and it looks like bo2 doesn't even have those params, they can only be used with source games.
