The command "r_customMode" is not working.

The r_customMode command responsible for allowing the use of custom resolutions in black ops 2 is not working and does nothing. Please check this issue. I can't set my resolution without this command.
It's like there's some mechanism in the game right now that's blocking the command from working. -

However, I would like to run in "exclusive full screen".
Would it be possible for you to allow or make some modification in the configuration file or even in the game so that it was possible to put the custom resolution using the command " r_customMode" in full screen exclusive?
