Same Network Issues | PC1 Disconnects from server, PC2 also disconnects

Currently i am playing with a friend, we are both and on the same network. When the server changes the map/restarts we both will get thrown out after it finished loading. Also when one of us disconnects while playing then the other one will also get disconnected.
I noticed this happening some months ago when i played plutionium with a girlfriend, she was also on the same network.

Thats a known issue and happens as soon as the public IPv4 address is the same.
