Banned while launching the game

Hi, when I launch the game in plutonium I´m getting banned idk why for 2 years, some help/reason? Ty for advance

Well, so I´m supossed to get banned for 2 years for no reason(as was 1st time launching the game) and wait for 2 years till ban finishes?
