BO2 Multiplayer Bad fps

When I open bo2's multiplayer specifically and join a server or start a game, the fps is around 65-75 but some times 7-12

Still doesn't work
Tomahawk HD Whenever you're in game, just Alt + Enter once and then do it again. It will fix your issue automatically.
