    Already tried:

    • Repair my game files
    • I don't have any programs running in the background
    • Install the redist
    • Graphics drivers already updated
    • Use cmd
    • Antivirus (Windows Defender) already put the plutonium folder as an exception and I even put the folder in the games folder as a "precaution"
