my custom loadouts dont work in servers

i have a problem, when i join a multiplayer server my custom loadouts don't appear like customized, i mean, they don't save the weapons or attachments.how do i fix it?

Did you make them in custom games? If you did then make them in public match.

i dont have a public match option to create a loadout in anywhere and therefore cannot make a loadout for multiplayer games
