BO2 ZOMBIES ORIGINS MAP

I downloaded plutonium to play the zombies dlc origins, I was playing normally when, the other day I went to open the origins again and simply a white screen appears and no sound comes out, but the cutscene happens normally.already tried to check the files, downloaded again and nothing work,and i have no idea how to solve it.

That's basically caused due to not having a sound device connected to your PC. If you do have one, make sure it isn't malfunctioning, is set as your default sound device in Windows and the same on BO2 Settings.
