Zombies will launch but window will not be able to be clicked on

I changed the graphics setings first time I booted it and it ran well, but now I can't click on the window, but it is there just grayed out. I can hear the game music I just dont want to have to reinstall to get it to run again. Thanks

Try typing r_fullscreen 0 and vid_restart into the bootstrapper.

I dont think that did anything
I typed it into the console still cant see or click on the game window, but there are two tabs on my bar for plutonium
