Because 18409 contains mw3 stuff. Don't actually know what's the ID for T4, but T6 has 18397. So if you have any other folder in demonware besides these 2, delete that. You could also try deleting %localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t4\players and check if your stats are reset or not.
PS: The command is
resetstatsnotresetstates. -
