Fps drops

I can not speak English well, but I hope you understand sir
I ran this game a few months ago without any problems
I just reinstalled this game
But I have a drop in frames
So I have a fixed frame rate of 120
But I drop the frame almost every five seconds
Frames from 120 to 70 or less
This game freezes me when I turn the mouse
None of the games have this problem on my computer
my system is mid end pc and strong for run this game
can you help me for fix this problem?my system is : gtx 1650 . 1tb SSD . 16gig ram . Cpu core i7 4790k

hola, tengo exactamente el mismo problema. Estuve investigando por todo el foro alguna solucion... y sinceramente no encuentro respuesta. Me saca mucho las ganas de jugar. Supongo que es tema de los administradores. Yo deje de jugarlo hace 1 año y tenia 90 fps estables con bajada a 80 fps maximo, y ahora no supero los 60 y cuando giro el mouse como vos decis se me bajan a 15 fps, es injugable

Tedbone try turning off any background apps if u will not use them while playing and try making the graphics low or medium

moaidm2 Thanks .. but my cpu uses 48% when I play bo2.
But I do not think the problem will be solved this way
