BO2 Origins Rain Fire

I wasn't sure exactly where to put this so I put it in general.
Every time I played BO2 Origins when I get to the rain fire step, the robot always kicks me out during the purge sequence at 4 seconds rather than counting all the way down to 1. Does anybody know why this is?

im currently on the rain fire step too, and ive thrown the Gstrike at the spot like six times now and the hole still isn't open, and 3 of those six throws were like DEAD CENTER
