Try downloading and installing these - they come with the official download but we don't include them in ours. You might already have them installed but you might be missing them too, worth a shot.

@Mr-Android what do i do with this. do i just run the exe in it ?

justajar Run vcredist_x86.exe and if it says it's already installed, just cancel it. If it lets you install it, then go ahead and install.

Then go into the DirectX folder and look for DXSETUP.exe and run that and install it. Again if it says it's already installed you can just cancel.

Then reboot your computer and try running t6rmp.exe again.

Let us know if you installed 1 or both or if you have both already installed, it will be useful to know.

@Mr-Android i installed dxsetup and i already had vcredist and i tried runing tr6zm and tr6mp and it still crashes at start

justajar OK thanks - i guess we will see if Rektinator has any suggestions, it might just be a case of waiting for the T6 update which is being completely re-written.

I'd suggest deleting the T6R folder and re-running Piry. Make sure your folder is not read-only. If that does not help, then I have no idea.

RektInator yea i did what you said and it still gave me the error

In that case I am afraid you will have to wait for the T6 update or try other things yourself. I can recommend playing IW5 in the meantime.
