Make ADS sens same as normal

Hello, i saw in the changelog that you can have the same sensitivity in ADS and hip fire, however i couldn't find how to do so in game, how is it supposed to work?

ElFamosoRocco Use the FOV scale command. In BO2 it's a menu option. It's basically a FOV multiplier. So, say you had an FOV scale of 2.00, and an FOV of 65- you would have 130 FOV.
