4 People cracked BO2 the same way but 1 Person has issues

The dmp data says:
Exception Code: 0xC0000005
Exception Address: 0x005769BA- game path is correct
- he tried 2 different cracks but none of them worked
- I have seen somethin with upnp error in the console (boottrapper)
- when he tries to start bo2 (both cracks) without plutonium, it says "cant find steam_api.dll"
- I did it the same way but for me it worked without problems
- Theres no FPS-Program on his computer
What can he do? I tried to give him my data but nothing worked.

Hmm, it is not recommended to do that to put 2 crack to the game without any working that can damage some files of the game and not functions, it would be better to download the game but from the official plutonium page so when you have an error you can fix it. https://plutonium.pw/docs/install/#t6

He is using modified files and therefore won't get any support.
Delete everything and follow https://plutonium.pw/docs/install/#installing-the-base-game-bo2
