    whenever i play bo2 and join literally any server, my fps is like 60+ and after 30 seconds or 1 minute 60 fps becomes 30-35 fps, why does this happen

      Sounds like your PC is overheating.

              Use something like https://openhardwaremonitor.org/ and report back what temperatures you get while idling and gaming.

                I got the same problem, I've been playing on 144 FPS for months and now all of a sudden I get 10 FPS every few seconds.
                Idk what to do I've been following every instruction and so on but nothing, (My PC is not overheating it can play games like COD:MW on 144 FPS stable.
