LunaTeamSo ig "in share" means it's seeding so it's done downloading and now uploads the files to other users who are currently downloading it, that's how torrents work. You can safely remove it (right click -> remove) at that point.
plutonium.exe does not come with the torrent. https://plutonium.pw/docs/install/
