I keep getting this error when i launch Bo2

Every time i want to play Bo2 the game crashes and shows me this message.
Ive just instaled WaW and i didnt have any problems.

I also tried this (dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth) and get this error....

(I AM DANTRAXOMG BUT IN ANOTHER ACCOUNT)

Can you give us a step by step of what you did?

Does the crash happen when opening the main menu or joining a actual server and class menu?

Fry When i am in the plutonium app when i have the optios of launching waw and mw3... when i click bo2 it loads the cmd and then the black screen adn finally, the error message. when i launch mw3 or waw this message does not appear

Deadpool011207 also in the black screen i can hear the bo2 muisic so it seems that the game loaded but the menu didnt.

how do i get more reputation because im tired of waitng to type messages.
