Can't join my friends match! Help pls!

I'm trying to connect and play with my friends but everytime I try it by IP I get and joining error and I can't see them after I just started following them on plutonium, someone know what can I do?

BlackWings_219 You can just double click on his name in the Plutonium overlay
Host needs to be in-game playing to be able to be joined.

This is what he send me I got it on the same ports but when he starts the game I just can't see him on the overlay, like on the friends list he won't appear there so I can't click on him, I use the command of connect IP and only shows me a error while joining the game match or something like that. -

Resxt ok so now I only have one problem, I still can't see my friends after following them on plutonium on the overlay, I can already join the match using the command, it was some kind of problem with the router so my company just changed it.

BlackWings_219 you either didn't follow each other or you're not looking in the Plutonium overlay.

I got this image of the error message but I think I know the reason, like I said before the company changed my router so now my ports are at 0 and the UPnP it's disable and I've been trying to turn it on but I can't cause there is no option call UPnP and my port mapping settings are not working also.
