Are they (iReyko / Poussette) legit or hacking?

First of all, don't get me wrong. Every one gets a lucky wall bang, head shot or triple kill once in a while so I'm no person who's blaming people for hacking just because I'm mad, but I'm really curious what you guys think of the following clip: -
i think they are hacking, second match even getting killed and locking right on after death in final kill cam at 20:05 ... and wow pre-fire much into wall at 16:20

Yeah and at 18:05, he turns around, cancels the reload, "locks on" and shoots just 2 bullets as if he knows that I have to be dead after that. So it could be a combination of WH, aim bot and trigger bot.
