What would improve performance for better gaming experience for IW5?

I have : i5 at 3,1ghz , 16gb ram , and Nvidia GeForce 210 and 2 TB (not SSD)
I am not able to run iw5 at High quality (default settings)
What would be better to improve performance? Buying an SSD drive or improving the graphics card???
I don't plan to play any other games than Iw5 on my PC. What would you guys recommend me ?Thanks for your help

maeso geforce 210 is the weak link here, upgrade that first.

I have played in a pc with similar specs, but with SSD drive and an basic integrated GPU (Intel graphics 4600) and game was fine.
Am I missing something?

You are missing that an SSD is only improving the loading times of the game while with a new GPU you can increase the frame rate and graphical settings to better see your enemies.
While for a day to day office environment the SSD would be the clear choice its the GPU if we are strictly talking about IW5.
Modern PCs can run this game at 4k@144Hz without any issues.

Intel HD4600 is faster than a geforce 210.. If your i5 is 3rd gen the integrated graphics may even be faster than the 210.
