CoD WaW license error

Hello, I have a CoD WaW license. When you press the "play" button in the launcher, the launcher freezes with an error (the application does not respond).

What does the Error Say Provide a screenshot and im sure the staff can help you out or if its something somewhat simple someone at random could help out
