I am having issues hosting and having it show on server selector

I keep getting successful heartbeat and have gotten the server to show on seletor but now when I try regardless of map it gives me large errors saying bg_somefile is missing then Hitch warning: 8574 msec frame time. Is this in relations to the server issues that just occured? It only started happening a hour before the servers went down.
