Bo2 plutonium low fps unplayable

Hello, recently I installed plutonium to play bo2 but when I gave it to play it went to 0 fps literally, it is unplayable to the point where I could not enter any game, I limited the fps to 60 and it is still the same, I have 4gb ram intel core i3 10 generation and intel uhd graphics, I'm sure it exceeds the minimum requirements so I don't know what to do to make it run well

Every time i open the game, i have to go to settings, change to windowed, apply, then go back to windowed fullscreen. It fixes the fps problem for me.

You need a better computer. 4GB of ram isn't enough for even google chrome, an i3 is older than yourself and my combined (not literally), and intel UHD graphics can barely run Minecraft.

you can at least play with all graphics on low and resolution to 800x600 i think
