Dialogue Voices in Zombies

I have this problem were in zombies, the dialogue voices (for example Samantha's voice in the origins starting cutscene and the character's voices while you're running around doing whatever) they aren't audible and you cant hear them, I think a lot of people have this problem and I want to address it cause its kind of annoying, might just be a black ops 2 steam thing but I would appreciate it if I can get a fix for it here. thx.

HannesC hey i downloaded bo2 via steam but i downloaded the dlcs through plutonium, and i cant hear the voicelines in cutscenes and in game will the update fix it? thx

jemandsaa It's 2025 already and the problem is still going, I can't hear the voices playing on a steam copy but my friends who have the torrent game can, such a bummer
