low fps and mouse lag

i had this game couple month's ago i had about 100-130 fps stable and no mouse lag but now i have very low fps and mouse lagg i have all settings on low and shadows off with 800x600 res but still very low fps is there any way i can fix this. and is there any tweaks i can do to plutonium_mp.cfg and plutonium_zm.cfg which can improve fps or no

I myself have alienware laptop that also lagged. Tried https://plutonium.pw/docs/low-fps/ solutions but didnt work. The thing that helped me is when I connect to the game and fps is fucked up, I restart the game and fps runs back up with no problems. Try that if you haven't already.

Every time i open the game, first match 17-29 fps. I need to go to settings, change to windowed, then back to windowed fullscreen. I tried all the bullshit you can find online, stopped playing for months because of this. Hope it works for you.

Memeking254 a third gen i5 is way better than a core 2 duo and the igpu isn't that much worse than the ati radeon hd 3870

Cold-Elite you probably need to upgrade your ram as windows becomes more and more ram hungry every year and so does most programs
