still ban for no reason

Last year I made a post about being banned for no reason (and they ended up deleting it I don't know why) I gave proof that I hadn't used any kind of cheat, I even posted images, nothing happened and I left the topic there. a year passed and I wanted to play plutonium again so I install it, run it, start it, it closes by itself, I open it again, I try to log in again and it tells me that I was banned for an exaggerated amount of days (almost a year) and everything is becomes more stupid when I tell them that the computer from which I am telling you this and from which I tried to play, is a new PC with nothing installed, which makes everything more stupid because, apart from not being able to physically cheat (if it had a cheat) because I couldn't even enter the game, I don't have anything that modifies the pc (because it's new) and there is no reason for me to get banned. I want to know if this is for my country? My IP? and I don't want them to say what they tell everyone about "you used cheats" because there is no physical way that I could use them and also I would like them to confirm what I say by entering the game logs if they have them. I await your answers

yes, it is a school laptop, also once I was able to play without problems and without low fps (it was before the first unjustified ban)
