Drop FPS and Lag Zombies with ultimate update Plutonium

Drop in fps and sometimes the screen sticks for seconds when I play Zombies Online, when I play local (LAN Offline) this does not happen.
The problem started when the Plutonium was upgraded.
I already installed the operating system from 0, I downloaded the BO2 again and the result is the same
It is not my internet, I already tried with another network and the same thing happens
The network adapter is also not the problem
It all happened when the Plutonium was updated with the latest update.

Anyways. Go in Ranked and click Reset stats -
Resxt Sorry for disturbing you but i have the same issue and another issue,when i enter a server it says downloading game settings forever and when i disconnect from the server the frames drop a lot.Thanks

Resxt Oh and my spec are 4gb ram no graphics card with a i3 i think.please dont ask me this question.
