Try to make your game borderless windowed, or windowed (fullscreen) in the settings.

mitzislayer101 I recommend something within the game settings, if you have V-sync enabled please DISABLE it, there will be some tears but that's for performance. it could also be the sudden occurrence that you may have chrome or another program in the background, this can have a big impact on performance on lower end devices (2-4GB RAM) if these do not fix your issues I'm sure there is something that can fix it... I just don't know of it. and I HAVE NOT read the guides, if these things are written in the guides im sorry for writing this!

S3NKO sorry but i have settings all at lowest and am not running any form of low end system forgot to specificy specs lol
specs for pc amd ryzen 7 with 16gb ram installed amd vega 10 graphics (2gb)
vram might be a bit weak for modern titles but far exceeds the 512 mb required for bo2 -
mitzislayer101 I assume this is a laptop, low fps is expected with vega 10 graphics they aren't really good. maybe play at 720p if you haven't already.. other than that I don't really know what to say.

S3NKO it doesn't matter what resolution its at the fps doesn't change and there is no way its hardware as i said i run games like doom eternal fine, my current working theory is that the bootstrapper is setting the allocated memory to be limited
EDIT:https://pc-builds.com/cyri/Ryzen_7_3750H/Radeon_Vega_10/0Tv13I/16/100/?gameList=(2v)
yeah i checked i should be getting 200+ on lowest settings at 1080p so there is no way in hell its hardware -
mitzislayer101 yeah i just reinstalled it and now it works its not hardware some weird glitch maybe?
