dlc wont work

ever time i start a game of origens it loads up about half way tru the cutsence and then it just loads me in to a tranzit lobby starting a countdown than when the countdown finishes nothing happens. all the other dlc works fine. help would be apriciated

Is this in custom games?

if youre playing solo, then this probably shouldn't happen, but if its a server, then we cant fix it. But yeah, generally this should not be happening
