Why doesn't player_sustainAmmo work?

Console commands like god and demigod and other sv_cheats commands work great in plutonium, but player_sustainAmmo 1 doesn't work, usually it would just never decrease clip ammo, but it does, any help?

Real_RUBB3R You can use/write a GSC script or use a mod menu

Real_RUBB3R player_sustainammo isn't even implemented in BO1 or BO2 currently. I think work was being done to add it to BO1 at least.
