cannot join any bo2 main game server

Whenever I try to connect to any server then there is an error after awaiting texture that you are disconnected from cod bo2 server.

LEVI02012007 i removed the screen because it showed your public ip, just to be safe
It's possible it has something to do with your network, do you have any 3rd party firewall or anti virus software? The client has a max. of 90s to load the map, if it takes longer than that you'll be disconnected.
Also how are you launching pluto? Via a shortcut pinned in your start menu? Just make sure you're launching via plutonium.exe directly (the file you originally downloaded via the install guide).

yes i am launching from plutonium.exe and for that 90s thing, is there any way to make it happen faster ? and i dont have any firewall except windows. I will try disabling thw firewall and antivirus and then start.

LEVI02012007 update gpu drivers update plutonium update vc redist and Microsoft distribution to 2022 to 2021 and if needed reinstall bo2 / verify game files and defrag ssd if needed or get a hw upgrade if that dosent work contact bo2 support in discord or on the forums further and it could be your os not up to date try installing win11 its free to upgrade turn off any malware or antivirus software disable windows defender join with vpn to see if its your isp

i tried installing iw5 and i can connect to server in it but not in bo2. Why so ?
