When I launch BO2 using Plutonium it automatically minimizes.

Go in the bootstrapper command prompt (the console opened when you start the game)
and paste this (right click) r_fullscreen 2; vid_restart then press Enter

Then you should be able to get into the game by putting your mouse over the game icon and clicking in the Black Ops II window
