an issue occured when logged in. Help!

hi, Since yesterday I have had this problem
translated say ''Failed to check for updates: The response status code does not indicate a correct result: 403 (Forbidden)''
I have tried to log in and I get this error
i tried
-using vpn
-changing dns
-reinstalling it
-making an exclusion in the firewall and antivirusmy antivirus is Windows Defender
