I can't download the dlc's by torrent

Kentou Yeah you're right there is a torrent idk why he says that.
Did you download any other torrent? What was the result?

Is the torrent at 0% and it says stalled? This probably means your ISP is blocking torrents so either use a paid VPN or download from MEGA instead or buy the DLCs to download from Steam
