BO2 only works when 'ran as administrator'

I am currently re-installed BO2 to see if this helps but is there a way that Plutonium can open BO2 as 'an administrator'?
currently its just opens on the task bar and nothing further happens, you can hear the music in game but it won't open on to the desktop.

Snafu44 where are your game files located?

Dss0 I have just done the torrent to see if it was the steam version of the game causing the issue but even the torrent opens in the task bar and doesnt go any further and the location is in the 'downloads'

Dss0 I can open the BO2 multiplayer fine but just not the zombies
