My zombies map keep loading forever

When i enter either multiplayer or solo tha map just keeps loading in 99 percent then after 5 mins it kicks me to main menu

ArnoFromNY it was my problem too and it still is my problem but the solution I use is to just turn everything off except the game. even the desktop. Only the game; I think this happens due to bad specs of PC as I don't really have a good of a pc.
