Zoomed out Scope on BO2 Plutonium

Recently, I have been having an issue when ads on Plutonium. The scope is way zoomed out on every sniper rifle. The variable zoom attachment does nothing, it will not zoom in. Here are pictures with the DSR, Ballista, and the XPR. Any help is appreciated. Also, I just checked other weapons, and the same effect has been applied.

I can reproduce this issue when I change my cg_fovMin instead of cg_fov and cg_fov_default.
Setting your cg_fovMin to 1 may solve this problem.
