@SilverEagle1776 the clientside bots are very basic, there is no difficulty setting. There is a mod for dedicated servers tho that is a bit more advanced: https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/5105/preview-retarded-insane-bots

The default bots are pretty limited. They tend to just patrol aimlessly or get stuck in loops because the AI wasn't meant for full multiplayer simulation. If the bots just run in circles, grab the Bot Warfare mod — it makes them way smarter to move objectively around the map like real players.

Just drop the mod in your MW3 mods folder, launch it from the Mods menu, and start a private match with bots. You can tweak their skill level too.

Without that mod, the default bots are basically brain-dead target dummies.

TL;DR

Install “MW3 Bot Warfare” → fixes 95% of the problem.
Play objective modes (Domination, Demolition for example) for better behavior.
Tune difficulty and settings for realism.
