I've been using my xbox one controller and ps4 controller fine for the past couple of days. I got onto today and neither work. They both respond outside of the game but in game it just doesn't seem to pick it up.

Same here, ps4 controller woking outside the game, but not while playing the game.

I am also having this problem. It was working and then closed game for a couple hours and then it didn't work. I've re-read the entire guide and still nothing is working. My DS4 controller is being picked up as an Xbox 360 controller in all other games.
