I've got a starting problem with iw5

I downloaded iw5 a few days ago and it worked fine, then I screwed something up with my files so I deleted everything and re-downloaded everything, but when I click "play" it starts loading and then crashes. What can I do? (edit): it was bitdefender, it's all good now.
