Network issues?

I have a good pc and have amazing internet, I never get more than 20 ping in most games. Its saying that I have 35 ping on plutonium which wouldnt be enough to make me lag but I experience terrible network lag its clearly an issue with plutonium iw5.
No other game is like this ive tried loads of servers and theyre all the same no matter what ping im on its literally unplayable in the UK

servers are hosted and ran by the community of players. just because you have best computer and best internet dont mean your not going to lag. servers usally host more than one player / server.
if you want a lag free experience host your own server or play in LAN mode by yourself -

yeah most servers have pretty shitty connection - maybe their servers are based in ukraine? anyways you just have to live with it lol
