BO2 doesn't launch anymore

Hi, i stopped playing bo2 for a while so i decided to get back and then i downloaded the game everything worked fine so far but then i wanted to edit clan tag and change banner so i went to that section but smh i screwed up and ended up clicking on somthing called "Steam records" smth like that then the game crashed/closed by itself and since then the game doesn't launch anymore, when i click on play in Pluto launcher this cmd command windows pops out and this is written:
btw i've tried everything, downloaded the game and the launcher again, i don't have any AV except of default window defender, i added Plutonium to exclusions as well like i said i've tried almost everything i could think of, please help fix this i just want to play with my homies again
