Try execute r_fullscreen 0 and vid_restart in the bootstrapper

Just type in the bootstrapper r_fullscreen 0 command and then click enter to execute it and then type vid_restart and click enter to execute it

How to fix black screen on launch?
Go in the bootstrapper command prompt (the console opened when you start the game)
and paste this (right click) r_fullscreen 2; vid_restart then press Enter
