Try execute r_fullscreen 0 and vid_restart in the bootstrapper

r_fullscreen 0command and then click enter to execute it and then typevid_restartand click enter to execute it -

How to fix black screen on launch?
Go in the bootstrapper command prompt (the console opened when you start the game)
and paste this (right click)r_fullscreen 2; vid_restartthen press Enter
