Close your game and delete theusermapsfolder in%localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\iw5
If this doesn't work delete bothusermapsandmods
Until Plutonium fixes that issue you'll have to do that when the issue occurs -

ImJustAngelic we currently arent using any usermaps so deleting the mods folder will do, Resxt was kind enough to give you the path already.
