PLUTONIUM T6 ZOMBIES SCREEN FREEZE

Hello. i dont know why but for some reason when I'm in the middle of a game the game freezes but you can still hear the sounds like gunshots or the screams of the zombies and it bothers me a lot because I've been trying the origins easter egg but I couldn't because of this error.
PLEASE HELP
