My Mouse and the Controller are not recognized ingame. The Keyboard works fine, the other stuff does not work. I already looked if Gamepad is enabled, it is. DS4 does recognize the controller aswell and it works outside of the game aswell.

I found out what exactly seems to be the problem. It seems like, My Mouse and my Controller do not focus onto the game. The Cursor is underneath the game window, therefore clicking onto the Window does not help. Its weird to explain, so try to think in layers. The Mouse and the controller are one layer beneath the Game Window, while the Keyboard is on the same layer.

Edit: I've been reinstalling the Game again and every other game works fine aswell. Just the Plutoniums one don't.

I've got the same problem on windows 11, no detection of my mouse and xbox one controller.
I just can navigate with my keyboard.

I think I've figured out the issue. Somebody on the Discord posted that unplugging their GoXLR sorted the issue and I'm running Voicemeeter and disabling that fixed it for me. BO2 has always had weird audio issues so it makes sense.

From a bit more investigation it seems like I can continue to run Voicemeeter while playing BO2 as long as I'm not running any inputs through it, so it maybe seems like the extra inputs rather than outputs is the issue, so keep that in mind.

Bumping only because I can't seem to find another topic describing the same issue. If anyone's found a fix for this, that would be great.

I know this is an old post but I just wanted to mention that shutting down Voicemeter before loading up Black ops 2 fixed my mouse issue.
