Connection Interrupted every 5 seconds and cant jump

I have really good internet, and this is the only game where I "lag on". Public matches are fine, but whenever I try playing a custom it is literally unplayable. 90 % of the time I can't jump and can't run but instead slide around the map. plz help

Its because you're playing on uncapped FPS, breaking the game's mechanics and causing abnormal behaviors. Use com_maxfps dvar in console to set the frames to anything lower than 200.
