Sound Files Failed To Copy?

So whenever i start downloading the launcher for bo2, the download will occasianally say, error while downloading file sound/mpl_something something somethin g: failed to copy: read tcp 192 some other numbers. From what ive tried so far, it makes it so i cant launch the game, don't know whats wrong with the download, help please?!
