IW5 won't start

when i press play in the launcher the console opens up and closes out after a couple of seconds with nothing written on it.
Just recently it happened, i used to play normally before. Interesting fact is that I can launch pluto t6 like usual and play normally. this only happens with iw5.
I have already turned off windows defender, verified mw3 files through steam, deleted the %localappdata%\Plutonium, donwloaded the drive link to the redists and the directx stuff that I got from following one of the pinned messages in the pluto discord, redownloaded mw3 and uninstalled all anti-virus from my pc.
Is there anything else I can try?

Still no progress whatsoever, my game doesnt open at all, reinstalled both plutonium and the mw3 dedicated server tool multiple times, and deleted the %localappdata%\Plutonium folder...
made sure my anti virus was off, dont know what to do anymore. -
